The Assistance of vice president for planning the human & financial resources in Kuwait University decided to implement " The project of Measuring the Administrative Performance " by joining the " Manpower and Government Restructuring Program" (MGRP) , This system helps departments to evaluate and measure there performance by using numbers, and how well it is delivering its services (outputs) to the clients, so that we can improve the way of reaching the Kuwait University goals.
